What are the cases when a transaction passport is not drawn?

Transaction passport is not drawn while carrying out currency operations carried out according to the contract or credit agreement concluded: - between non-residents and individual persons – residents not being individual entrepreneurs when the specified residents carry out currency operations under the contract; - between a non-resident and a credit organization being a resident; - between a non-resident and the Bank of Russia, Government of the Russian Federation and also a federal executive body carrying out all types of currency operations specifically authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation; - between a non-resident and a resident in case the total amount of the credit agreement doesn’t exceed in equivalent 5,000 US dollars;
